What this prompt does

Takes an existing persona doc and checks every claim in it against actual evidence you can point to, separating what's grounded in real customer data from what got written because it sounded plausible.

For anyone whose persona doc was built in a workshop or from a founder's gut instinct and has never been checked against real customers. Walks away with each persona claim marked EVIDENCED or ASSUMED, and the single riskiest assumption to test next.
