Shipping policy

Collective Status Studio currently sells digital products and services only. We do not ship physical goods and there are no shipping fees.

How digital delivery works

Access is provided on screen, by email, through a secure link or through your customer account. Most purchases and reports are delivered within a few minutes. Some AI-assisted reports may take longer to process.

If delivery is delayed

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders and confirm that the email used at checkout is correct. If access has not arrived within 24 hours, email hello@collectivestatusstudio.online with your order number or submission details and we will restore or resend access.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
