The dangerous persona is not the missing one. It is the confident document built entirely from your own imagination, describing who you wish bought from you. Every ad, email, and page written from it inherits the fiction. This prompt builds the alternative: a persona assembled from verbatim customer language.

It opens with a triage question: how many of your answers come from recorded words versus memory? Two or fewer and it stops the build entirely, prescribing one week of quote collection before construction. When it does build, every field is tagged EVIDENCED or ASSUMED, and a translation test lists every gap between how you describe the problem and how customers actually say it.

You walk away with a completed Audience Persona ready to upload to your Marketing Director Project, and a permanent habit of separating what customers said from what you inferred. It is the second of the three briefing documents your standing AI director runs on.
