What this prompt does

Takes the actual list of metrics on someone's dashboard or weekly report and classifies each one as worth keeping, worth cutting, or worth replacing with a better leading indicator, using evidence of what you actually do when each number moves.

Built for solo marketers and founders who track 15 metrics and act on maybe 2. Walks away with every metric labeled, the reasoning tied to actual past behavior, and the single number promoted to "check this first."
