Rates your actual marketing capacity against what your workload is demanding, and names the one thing to cut this week.

Most capacity problems do not get named honestly until something breaks. This prompt forces the honest rating first, from stable but stretched to burnt out or close to it, then weights the audit differently depending on which one is true, because what fixes rating one wrecks rating four.

It checks whether the rating is based on tracked evidence, hours worked, sleep, output shipped, or on a gut read with no tracking behind it, and flags the difference. The output is deliberately narrow: one commitment to cut or renegotiate, one to protect no matter what, never a productivity system or a call to simply do less of everything.
