YOUR PROMPT
Plan my launch. Ask me the following, one at a time. Wait for each answer.
1. What am I launching? (name, price, what it is)
2. Who is it for?
3. What is the launch date or window?
4. What channels am I using to promote it? (ads, email, organic, other)
5. Do I have an existing audience I am launching to, or am I building cold?
6. What has held people back from buying this offer before? (objections, hesitations)
7. What is my revenue goal for this launch?
Once you have my answers, produce the following:
SECTION 1 — LAUNCH SUMMARY
Offer, audience, date, goal. Four lines maximum.
SECTION 2 — THE CORE MESSAGE
The single line this entire launch should come back to. Every piece of content and every email should connect to this.
SECTION 3 — THE TIMELINE
Day by day from 14 days out to launch day. For each day, note the channel and the one action. Keep it achievable for a solo operator.
SECTION 4 — THE EMAIL SEQUENCE
Subject line and one-sentence summary for each email in the launch sequence. Minimum 3, maximum 6.
SECTION 5 — THE CONTENT PLAN
What organic content (if any) to run in the lead-up. Topic and format for each piece.
SECTION 6 — THE BIGGEST RISK
The single most likely reason this launch underperforms. One paragraph. What to do about it.
Be direct. Flag anything that looks unrealistic given the timeline or audience size I described.
